This program was built on February 15, 2026 and I will be adding more phases to this over the next two weeks in order to push it up to 12 weeks total training time.
This program helps young athletes safely begin strength training while improving speed, coordination, and overall athletic ability.
Sessions focus on:
• Learning proper movement mechanics
• Building strength safely and progressively
• Improving agility, balance, and quickness
• Enhancing endurance for sport performance
• Reducing injury risk through balanced training
• Supporting performance through proper nutrition and recovery strategies
As the weeks progress, training becomes more dynamic and gradually increases in intensity to support continued athletic development. Each phase builds on previous skills, helping the athlete develop confidence, strength, and movement efficiency over time.
In addition to physical training, emphasis is placed on proper nutrition to support performance, recovery, and overall health — working from the inside out to help athletes perform at their best.
All progressions are performed at the athlete’s individual pace and ability level to ensure safe development, proper technique, and long-term performance success.
The goal is to build a complete athlete — developing strength, movement quality, and internal support systems together for lasting performance both on and off the field.
