    How to submit before and after pics
    Before and after pictures are a must in order to have your pictures judged at the end of the challenge. Please follow the special criteria below when submitting pictures . ⭐️ You must have a sign on your wall behind you that reads 2024 Summer Shred Challenge ⭐️ You must submit, full body pictures. - Front - Rear - Side Arms must be down in those 3 pics - I encourage your to post 2 pictures Flexing (optional) ⭐️ Use good lighting No mirror pics, no selfies ⭐️ Pics in pants will be excluded. You need to wear shorts that allow hamstrings & quads to be visible, and bikini top or sports bra. ⭐️ The same outfit for before and after pics must be worn Once you join the challenge you will be invited to a private Facebook group for only those of you who enter and here is where I’ll tell you how to post starting pics.
