    What do I need to participate?
    This program is it up to use at home with bands. - I highly suggest that you at least have resistance bands, and these are fairly cheap in case you do not have any, you can contact me for a link where you can purchase as many as you like
    Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
    The workout is pretty intense, if youā€™re a beginner, I suggest you start on one of my beginner programs before you jump in to this one but if you are at least an intermediate, you will be OK doing this, but you should expect to be very sore
    Whatā€™s the schedule?
    Weight training 5 times per week 1 days of active rest: - Go hiking, play basketball, play some other sport, or just get out and go for a I also suggest that you have a full day of rest, donā€™t do a lot that will have you very active ..
    How will I get the best results?
    Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must) Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients (get my nutrition guide in ā€œInsightsā€ section of the app) Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover Ice cold showers in the morning and after workouts are highly recommended
